1 cup rice (I use long grain, Jasmine or Basmati) 1 1?2 cups water 1 cup chopped vegetables (fresh or frozen) 1 medium chopped onion 2 slices bacon, chopped 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon tomato sauce (ketchup) 1 tablespoon soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
put all ingredients into a microwave safe container. Stir and Cover. Microwave on high for twenty minutes. Leave for about 5 minutes. Stir, and serve.
